Digital Services & Emergency Website Repairs (Important)

Some services offered by Core Web UK are digital services delivered remotely, including emergency website repair services.

By purchasing a digital service that begins immediately, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Work may start as soon as payment is confirmed

  • You waive your statutory right to cancel once the service has begun, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013

Emergency Website Fixes – No Fix, No Fee

For emergency website repair services:

  • If an issue cannot be diagnosed or resolved after investigation, no fee will be charged

  • If work has been successfully carried out within the agreed scope, the service is considered delivered and non-refundable

  • Any additional work outside the initial emergency scope will only proceed with prior approval and separate payment

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Right to Cancel (Physical Goods Only)

You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an order is 30 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

You can inform us of your decision by e-mail at info@corewebuk.co.uk

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
