What Happens After You Pay

1. We confirm the reported issue, agreed scope and authorised access. If you are a consumer requesting work during a cooling-off period, we obtain your express early-start request before starting.

3. If the issue is fixable within the initial scope, we proceed
4. If additional work is required, you’ll be informed before anything extra is charged

The £120 purchase covers the agreed one-off emergency diagnosis and repair scope. If additional work is needed, we’ll explain what is required and the cost before anything extra is charged.

Cancellation and service terms

This purchase is a one-off repair, not a maintenance subscription. Response and resolution times depend on the issue and access; payment does not guarantee an immediate completed fix. Any extras require your prior agreement.
